Mammoth Snow
Service agreement
Last updated November 2026
Every customer signs a short service agreement before service starts. Here is what it covers, so there are no surprises.
This page is a summary. The agreement we email you is the actual contract, and it controls if anything here is different.
How signing works
- You send a request on this site. We confirm we can serve your address.
- We email you the service agreement. Nothing is charged until you sign it.
- You sign (a signed PDF, photo or e-signature all count) and pay for your season. We keep a copy and so do you.
What the agreement covers
- Parties and property. You, us, your service address, and the areas we will clear. You confirm you own the property or are authorized by the owner.
- Service standard. One clearing after each snowfall of 5 cm or more, within 12 hours of the snow stopping (24 to 36 hours after 25 cm or more, or freezing rain). See the service policy for the details.
- Price and payment. One flat season price in Canadian dollars, plus HST if it applies. The price doesn't change if there are fewer or more snowfalls than usual. Payment is due when you sign. Payments more than 10 days late may pause service until paid.
- Your responsibilities. Cars moved, hazards marked, areas kept clear, access open.
- Ice and conditions after service. We clear snow. We don't promise an ice-free property, and you stay responsible for watching conditions between visits.
- Liability and insurance. You remain the owner or occupier of the property. We're responsible for loss or damage to the extent caused by our negligence, and we carry liability insurance, with a certificate available on request. Claims and damage must be reported to us within 7 days.
- First-visit guarantee. Not happy with your first winter visit? Tell us within 7 days and we'll fix it, or refund your winter season in full. See the service policy.
- Cancellation and refunds. A 10-day cooling-off period, then a refund of the unused part of the season. Details are in the service policy.
- General terms. The agreement is the whole deal and replaces earlier promises and ads. Changes must be in writing. Ontario law applies.
Custom quotes
Farms, large properties and commercial sites are priced individually. You get a written quote first, and you sign the agreement only once you accept it.
Questions before you sign
Ask us anything. We'd rather you understand the agreement than sign it in a hurry.
