The rules for using this website. Your snow removal service is covered separately by the signed service agreement.
Using this website
This website is run by Mammoth Snow, 2061 Weston Rd, York, Ontario M9N 1X7. By using it you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Information only
The site describes our services and prices and lets you send us a request. It isn't a contract by itself. A service contract exists only once you and we have both signed a service agreement. Sending a request doesn't guarantee we can serve your address, and we may decline requests, for example if your property is outside our route.
Prices and offers
Prices and offers shown here are for the 2026/27 season and may change for new customers. The price in your signed agreement is the price you pay.
Accuracy
We work to keep the site accurate. Some details, such as service area, depend on your exact address and are confirmed by us when we reply. If the site and your signed agreement ever differ, the agreement wins.
Your submissions
When you send us a form, please give true and complete information, and only information you're entitled to share. We use it as described in our privacy policy.
Acceptable use
Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to break it, overload it, send spam through it, or use it for anything unlawful.
Our content
The Mammoth Snow name, logo, text and design belong to us. You may view and print pages for your own use. Please don't copy or reuse them commercially without asking first.
Links and third parties
Payments are handled by third-party payment providers on their own secure pages, and those providers' terms apply there. We aren't responsible for other websites we link to.
Limits
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses from using the site, or from it being unavailable. This doesn't limit anything our service agreement says about the snow removal service, and it doesn't limit rights you have under the law that can't be waived.
Changes and law
We may update these terms, and the date at the top will change when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
