Questions
Before you sign up.
What counts as a snowfall?
Any snowfall of 5 cm (2 inches) or more. We measure it and decide in good faith, and lighter snow isn't part of the season service, although we may clear it as a courtesy.
What if there's a huge storm?
After 25 cm or more, or during freezing rain, our 12-hour window stretches to 24 to 36 hours so we can work safely.
Do I need to be home?
No. Move your cars off the driveway before the snow and we'll take care of the rest. If a car is in the way, we clear around it and the visit still counts.
Do you salt?
Upon request. Salting isn't part of the season price, so just ask and we'll let you know the cost. Snow and ice can come back soon after a visit, so please treat your driveway if it gets icy between visits.
When do I pay?
In full when you sign the service agreement, by card or Interac e-Transfer.
What if I move or want to cancel?
You can cancel within 10 days of signing for a full refund if we haven't cleared yet. After that, the unused part of the season is refunded. Details are in the agreement.
Is there a guarantee?
Yes. If you're not happy with how we did on our first visit, tell us within 7 days and we'll make it right, or refund your season in full. The details are in our service policy.
What areas do you service?
Toronto, Scarborough, Mississauga, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, Etobicoke and more. Enter your postal code on our service area page, and we confirm your exact address when we email your service agreement.
When does the snow season start?
Service runs December 1 to April 30. You can sign up now, so you're covered before the first snowfall.
